A football database built on documentation, not estimates
FIN publishes footballer career records assembled from official federation paperwork and statistical reports.
Methodology
How records are compiled
Each player record begins with official documentation: the federation sporting profile (identity, licence, registration history) and the federation statistical report (match totals, minutes, performance metrics). Fields are transcribed as recorded.
Where the source documentation does not contain a value, the field is published as “No disponible”. FIN does not interpolate, average or estimate missing data.
Players, clubs, competitions and seasons are stored as separate linked entities. A season row connects a player to a club, a category and — when documented — a competition, so careers remain navigable in both directions as the database grows.

Records are revised when updated official documentation is provided.
